Official Training Programme: Week 3 & 4 Beginner Programmes Are Up!

Coach Glen’s Beginner Programme continues with Week 3 and 4.

This is a great way to continue building your base as you prepare for your first middle distance triathlon (OR if you’re reasonably fit and want to make your middle distance comeback after some time off).

And, if you’ve been following this programme since Week 1, you can look forward to a low-intensity training week during Week 4, which consolidates a month’s effort and helps you cement the building blocks in place before you change gears in Week 5.
