BIKE TRAINING

There are two main training routes regularly used by cyclists. For safety reasons, we recommend riding in groups of 4 or more:

  1. V&A Waterfront to Chapman’s Peak return (55km) – stunning views of the Atlantic sea board and Table Mountain range with three big climbs.
  2. CBD to Melkbos return (61km) – West coast flat and fast route with dedicated cycle path from Milnerton Market to Melkbos.

RUN TRAINING

Green Point Urban Park and Sea Point Promenade are considered suitable areas to train. There are many pedestrian paths which are good for run training.
